7. Intellectual Property

8. Use of the SMS Messaging Service
The platform allows sending SMS messages to end clients, with the aim of notifying them about the status of their policies or other relevant information related to health insurance. This functionality is operated through the Infobip platform from the application itself via its API.
- Fees and charges: Charges may apply for receiving text messages, as well as for the use of mobile data. These costs are the responsibility of the message recipient and depend on the plan contracted with their mobile provider. We are not responsible for these costs. Each agency knows its clients; we only help them better manage their work and provide them with tools for greater productivity.
- Message frequency: The number of messages sent may vary depending on each agency's management, but in general it is limited to periodic notifications related to payments, expirations, and updates to the client's health plan.
- Mandatory participation: By contracting our services through an agency, the client agrees to receive SMS notifications with no opt-out option, as these messages are an essential part of the service for monitoring and managing their health insurance.
