1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the platform, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Access and Authentication
Access to the platform is restricted to registered users with unique credentials. The user is responsible for keeping their password secure and confidential.
3. License of Use
Agencies are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these terms. It is not permitted to sublicense, sell, copy, or modify the software.
4. Support and Contact
We offer technical support through our official website, email, and phone line. Response time may vary depending on the complexity of the case and the day of the week. We only respond Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT-4.
5. Suspension or Cancellation
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in case of breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, or fraudulent use of the same. In case of sending advertising, the account will be permanently deleted, with prior notice by any means: voice or email.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the platform, its source code, design, functionalities, and trademark belong to Maga Insurance & Multi Services Company LLC.
7. Optional Google Sign-In (Name, Photo, Email and Drive)
Some features offer optional Google OAuth sign-in. If you choose to use it, Google will ask for your consent to share your name, profile photo and email address, plus access to the app's private folder in your Drive (drive.appdata scope) to store a single backup file (e.g. balance_familiar.sqlite).
We only use that data to authenticate you, display your connected account, and sync your backup across your devices. The backup is stored in your own Google Drive and we cannot access any other Drive file. We do not sell or share Google user data.
Use is optional. You may revoke access at any time from the app or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
