1. Information We Collect
We collect and store the following personal data provided by user agencies, always with their consent and within the framework of the contractual relationship:
Identification data: full name, date of birth, social security number (SSN), plan member number.
Contact data: phone number, email address, residential address.
Service data: details of the contracted insurance plan.
We do not collect or store sensitive medical information, medical histories, or health data on our platform.

3. Service Providers and Third Parties
To fulfill the above purposes, we work with the following service providers:
3.1 Google Sign-In and Google Drive Sync (Optional)
Some tools (such as Balance Familiar) offer optional Google OAuth sign-in to sync your data to your own Google Drive. This feature is 100% optional. If you do not sign in with Google, no data is sent to Google.
Google data we access (only after your consent):
- Basic profile: name and profile photo (userinfo.profile) — to display your account in the app.
- Email address (userinfo.email) — to show which account is connected and to associate the backup.
- App folder in Google Drive (drive.appdata) — to create, read and update a single backup file (e.g. balance_familiar.sqlite) inside the private appDataFolder of your own Drive. We cannot see or access any other file in your Drive.
How we use it: Authentication, showing your connected account, and backing up / restoring the app database to your own Drive so you can use it on multiple devices. We do not use Google data for advertising, profiling, or AI training.
Storage and sharing: The OAuth access token is kept only in your browser memory and is never stored on our servers. The backup file lives only in your own Google Drive (appDataFolder) and in your browser/device. We do not transfer, sell, or share your Google data with third parties.
Revoke access: You can disconnect at any time from the app (Log out / Disconnect) and revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking removes our ability to access Drive; local data remains on your device until you delete it.

4. Security and Storage
Encryption: all passwords are stored encrypted using robust algorithms.
Restricted access: only authorized personnel with valid credentials can access the data.
Data isolation: each agency only sees and manages information for its own clients.
Technical and organizational measures: firewalls, multi-factor authentication (MFA), access audits, and internal security policies.
5. Data Retention
We retain client information as long as the contractual relationship with the agency exists; once the service ends, all related data is deleted.
Sensitive data such as passwords and social security numbers are always encrypted and only the app itself can read them correctly.
In addition, the connection to the server is end-to-end encrypted for greater agency security.
6. Data Subject Rights (ARCO and Others)
You have the right to:
Access: request a copy of your client data in Excel format.
Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Cancellation: request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
Portability: receive your data in a structured and reusable format (EXCEL).
To exercise these rights, send your request to our contact email (see section 9).
7. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy based on legal, platform, or service changes.
We will notify users of substantial changes by email or a visible notice on the portal.
The current version will always be available on our website.
