5. Data Retention
We retain client information as long as the contractual relationship with the agency exists; once the service ends, all related data is deleted.
Sensitive data such as passwords and social security numbers are always encrypted and only the app itself can read them correctly.
In addition, the connection to the server is end-to-end encrypted for greater agency security.
6. Data Subject Rights (ARCO and Others)
You have the right to:
Access: request a copy of your client data in Excel format.
Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Cancellation: request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
Portability: receive your data in a structured and reusable format (EXCEL).

7. SMS Sending
Registered agents write and send messages from the application, using the Infobip API.
We are committed to using this functionality only for informational purposes and related to policy management.
No unsolicited advertising is sent and the contact list is not shared with third parties.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy based on legal, platform, or service changes.
We will notify users of substantial changes by email or a visible notice on the portal.
The current version will always be available on our website.
